Digital Products
All sales on NOCOVERSE are final. Because every app acquisition involves a digital ownership transfer — including source code, databases, domains, and other digital assets that cannot be "returned" once accessed — we do not offer refunds on completed acquisitions.
App Acquisitions
App acquisitions are ownership transfers handled case by case via the inquiry flow. Before payment, you have the opportunity to review the listing, request additional information, and conduct due diligence. Once payment is processed, the ownership transfer is considered complete.
Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate commissions are confirmed after a 7-day refund window from the sale date. If a sale is refunded within that window (in exceptional circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis), the associated commission is reversed.
Disputes
If you believe an acquisition was not as described, contact us at contact@smartinvestorleader.com within 7 days of the transaction. Each case is reviewed individually and resolved on its merits.
